Attach a screenshot if you can. Do not send credentials or ID scans. We cannot use them and will delete them unread.
Turnaround
Ordinary mail: two business days. Takedowns: removal happens at the source, not here. The route and the copyright notice fields are on the removal page.
Out of reach
- Recovering a locked or hacked Instagram account.
- Opening a private profile.
- Listing the people who viewed a story you posted. That list exists solely inside Instagram.
- Bringing back expired or deleted content. If the source no longer serves it, there is nothing to fetch.
Account issues belong with Instagram support; we have no access to their systems.
